Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) to join Havet AI Pvt. Ltd. In this role, your primary responsibility will be calling prospective students and working professionals to counsel them on our advanced courses and training programs. You will act as a career advisor, understand their learning goals, and pitch the right programs to help them upskill. If you love communicating, handling challenges, and driving sales over the phone, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales / Telecalling: Make outbound calls to leads (students and professionals) to pitch our educational courses and programs.
Student Counseling: Understand the student's background, career aspirations, and educational needs to guide them toward the right program.
Lead Conversion: Regular follow-ups with interested prospects to handle objections and close the course admissions.
Achieve Targets:



Meet daily calling metrics (talk time) and weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
Database Management: Maintain a neat record of student interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM or Excel tracking sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Final year students with valuable communication can also apply).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (knowing regional languages is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and convincing skills over the phone.
Sales Mindset: Energetic, target-oriented, and capable of handling rejection positively.
Tech Comfort: Basic knowledge of using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp for qualified communication.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, B2C sales, or Telecalling (Freshers with outstanding communication are also welcome
