Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production incidents, then implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and release planning.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Core Java including hands-on experience with Java 17 or newer LTS versions.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Solid familiarity with up-to-date Java features (e.g., records, pattern matching, sealed classes) from Java 17+.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.




Experience with testing tools and validating production-ready code.
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience working in client-facing or consulting-style delivery environments.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
