Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students about our qualified certification and skill development courses.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable programs.
Promote and sell academic services, including Research Paper Writing, Thesis & Dissertation Support, Editing & Proofreading, Plagiarism Checking, Research Methodology, and Data Analysis.
Follow up with potential customers until successful conversion.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the marketing team to manage incoming leads.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
