Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients with cardiovascular diseases, including acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac investigations such as ECG, Echocardiography, Stress Tests, and Holter monitoring.
Evaluate patients for interventional cardiology procedures and provide pre
and post-procedure care.
Perform or assist with coronary angiography, angioplasty, and other interventional cardiac procedures based on experience.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide patient education on cardiovascular disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term cardiac care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.
Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives,
and continuous medical education.
Qualifications Required
DM/DNB in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
Robust clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
Experience in non-invasive and/or interventional cardiology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient-centric cardiac care.
Preferred
Experience in coronary interventions and complex cardiac procedures.
Familiarity with OCT-guided interventions, Rotablation (Rota), Orbital Atherectomy (OA), and Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
