Role - Zonal Sales Manager East

Purpose -

This role is responsible for leading, directing and engaging the regional sales team to achieve the assigned operating plan.

Responsibilities -
Focused subsegment approach
Identifying growing segments within the geography and aligning efforts to capitalize on the same
Channel management and channel expansion
Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.
Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction
Funnel management with achievement of the set targets on funnel addition and quality of visits
Drives sales team engagement,



culture of accountability and responsibility
Drive sales through NPI and avenues of upgrading customers with S&S; solutions

Qualification & Work Experience, Key Skills /Competencies
B.E / B. Tech. preferred
10+ years of related work experience in handling Institutional and project business
Experience and knowledge of handling Industrial accounts and understanding of the ecosystem would be preferable
Proven track record in sales and effective key account and channel management
Problem solver
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
