Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office and factory premises. Manage corporate assets, office supplies, and inventory levels.
Vendor & Contract Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors (security, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and logistics). Ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
Compliance & Liaison: Ensure compliance with local administrative regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements. Liaison with government authorities and local bodies as needed.
Security & Safety Administration: Oversee campus security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management. Coordinate fire safety drills and maintain emergency protocols.
Travel & Hospitality: Manage corporate travel arrangements, transport coordination, and accommodation for employees and visiting clients/guests.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare the annual administrative budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.




Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the administrative, housekeeping, and security teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Admin).
Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in administrative management, preferably (Age Of 40 TO 45 must be)within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Skills:
Robust leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of workplace safety guidelines and local labor/facility compliance.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve on the fly.
