Job Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and hiring
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Employee onboarding and documentation
Maintaining employee records and attendance
Coordinating payroll inputs
Assisting in HR policies and employee engagement activities
Maintaining HR reports and MIS
Supporting management in day-to-day HR operations
Eligibility
MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
