Supervise and manage field workers and labor teams.
Allocate manpower according to daily work requirements.
Monitor attendance, shift timing, and worker discipline.
Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain safety procedures and site regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Resolve worker issues and handle in office conflicts.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
Inspect work areas and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Train recent workers on company procedures and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
