Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Help patients with toileting and maintaining cleanliness.
Support feeding and ensure adequate hydration as instructed.
Assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and mobility exercises.
Monitor and record temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation (if trained).
Administer basic care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Remind patients to take medications as prescribed (without independently administering medications unless authorized).
Maintain a clean, protected, and hygienic workplace for the patient.
Change bed linen and assist in preventing bed sores through regular repositioning.
Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Follow infection prevention,



safety, and confidentiality protocols.
Maintain accurate daily care records and reports.
