Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products and services to clients.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain customer relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling or customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Hindi communication is mandatory. English communication skills will be an added advantage.
