To manage day-to-day kiosk operations, drive sales, provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and ensure smooth functioning of the kiosk while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Actively approach and engage customers visiting the kiosk.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features, perks, and usage to customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and recent product launches.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Kiosk Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the kiosk.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and qualified appearance of the kiosk.
Ensure proper merchandising and product display as per company guidelines.
Open and close the kiosk as per operational requirements.
Billing & Cash Management
Handle billing through POS systems.
Process cash, card, UPI,
and other digital transactions accurately.
Maintain daily sales records and submit reports.
Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
Receive and verify stock deliveries.
Maintain stock records and report shortages or damages.
Coordinate with supervisors for timely stock replenishment.
Customer Relationship Management
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Compliance & Reporting
Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Maintain attendance, shift discipline, and grooming standards.
Submit daily sales, stock, and activity reports to the reporting manager.
