Key Responsibilities
Follow up on assigned leads and convert opportunities using the CRM system.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the Production, Accounts, and Service departments to ensure timely order execution.
Search and follow up on government and private tenders through portals such as GeM and nProcure.
Handle vendor registration and maintain company profiles on various procurement portals.
Create, update, and maintain sales documentation, including SOPs, product data sheets, and quotation templates.




Organize and maintain digital records of customer documents and sales information.
Collect customer feedback and update the CRM with relevant information.
Provide first-level support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments as per agreed timelines.
Continuously learn about current products, market trends, and industry developments.

Requirements & Skills
Proficiency in CRM software (SalesTown preferred), Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
