Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage the complete warehouse operations for a liquor manufacturing unit, ensuring proper inventory control, storage, dispatch, documentation, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of liquor and related materials.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
Plan and manage dispatches as per sales and production requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Monitor loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
Ensure compliance with excise regulations, statutory requirements, safety standards, and company SOPs.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and proper storage conditions.
Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage and take corrective action.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
Support internal and statutory audits related to warehouse and inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management will be preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in liquor/FMCG manufacturing or a regulated industry will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
Knowledge of excise-related procedures and compliance is an added advantage.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
