Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice support professionally and efficiently.
Provide prompt resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of BPO Customer Support experience.
Experience in E-commerce Customer Support is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level).




Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month

Freshers - 30k CTC, 25k in hand
