Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Management
Own and coordinate end-to-end business operations.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and timely order fulfillment.
Monitor stock availability and optimize inventory turnover.
Improve operational processes and implement SOPs.
Coordinate with customer support for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Business Growth & Current Channel Development
Identify and develop current revenue channels.
Explore partnerships with corporate clients, B2B customers, government tenders, exports and institutional buyers.
Conduct market research to identify untapped opportunities.
Evaluate new product categories and expansion opportunities.
Build strategic partnerships that accelerate company growth.
Business Planning & Profitability
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.




Compile and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements in coordination with Finance and Sales teams.
Monitor business KPIs and profitability.
Recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Develop business forecasts and growth projections.
Sales & Marketing Strategy
Identify new sales prospects across online and offline channels.
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve ROI on digital campaigns.
Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Business Analytics & Forecasting
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and demand patterns.
Forecast inventory requirements and sales demand.
Develop dashboards for business performance monitoring.
Support business with data-driven decision-making.
Competitor & Market Intelligence
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking.
Monitor competitor pricing, product launch
