Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Assistant Manager / Manager Sales &

Marketing to drive sales growth across B2B segments. The role involves managing sales operations, handling key clients, achieving targets, and leading a sales team to ensure consistent business development and market expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales

targets
Allocate targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular coaching and

guidance
Handle key B2B clients and support the team in closing high-value deals
Plan and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence
Identify current business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
Prepare sales forecasts, reports,



and performance analysis for management review
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in pricing and sales approach
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues
