Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Management: Manage daily HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and labour laws.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team to effectively deliver HR programs and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
Workforce Planning: Assess personnel needs and plan HR initiatives accordingly.
Recruitment & Hiring: Ensure hiring protocols are followed while recruiting top talent.
Compensation & Benefits: Assign appropriate compensation and perks to employees.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for employee growth and performance improvement.
Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relationships and foster a productive work setting.
Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure the organization complies with labour laws and employment regulations.
HR Strategy & Advisory:



Provide strategic HR guidance to the management and advise on legislative matters.
Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Make daily HR decisions and address immediate HR-related challenges effectively.
Reporting & Collaboration: Regularly report to the CEO and collaborate with senior management to align HR functions with business objectives.
