We are looking for an Assistant Manager Quality to support and strengthen the hospital's quality management, accreditation, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure compliance with NABH and other accreditation standards.
Conduct internal audits, assessments, mock drills, and readiness checks.
Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality systems.
Monitor Quality Indicators (QIs) and prepare quality reports.
Manage documentation related to accreditation, audits, incidents, and compliance.
Monitor and follow up on CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Supervise and guide Quality Executives and junior team members.
Conduct and coordinate training on quality systems, hospital policies, emergency codes, and patient safety.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualification - MHA / MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management
