Role Description The Customer Service Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ratlam. The individual in this role will handle customer inquiries and requests at the branch,



assist with account opening and servicing, and support customers in using digital banking channels and ATM services. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly, guiding customers on products such as microfinance and retail loans, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions and documentation. The Customer Service Officer will maintain high standards of customer experience at the branch, collaborate with branch staff to meet service and compliance standards, and provide clear, courteous communication to all customers.
