Job Description We are looking for an experienced legal qualified with 8 to 10 years of experience having expertise in Banking, Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Corporate Legal Advisory.
N Key Responsibilities:

- Property due diligence, title verification & legal opinions
N
- Mortgage creation & APF/project legal scrutiny
N
- Review of sale, lease, conveyance, GPA, development and other property documents
N
- Advising Banks/NBFCson legal risks and documentation
N
- Legal audits, land acquisition & corporate contracts
N Required: LL.B. with State Bar Council enrolment;
strong knowledge of Property Laws, SARFAESI, RERA, TPA, Registration & Stamp Laws, and Banking & Finance documentation.
N Preferred: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or reputed Real Estate Law Firms.
N Salary: As per industry standard
