Role Description The Finance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will monitor project costs, analyze variances,



and support pricing decisions to ensure profitability across residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with external auditors, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and contribute to process improvements in financial controls and systems.
Qualifications
