About the Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Co-Founder to join our founding team and help build the next generation of AI-powered HR Technology products. This is a true entrepreneurial prospect for someone who wants to build a global technology company from the ground up.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, SaaS product development, cloud architecture, and startup execution. Beyond technical leadership, the CTO will act as a strategic partner to the founders, contribute to fundraising, and help shape the long-term technology and business vision of the company.
This is an equity-based co-founder role. There is no salary at this stage, as the company is in its early growth phase.



The successful candidate should be financially comfortable with an equity-first model and committed to creating long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
- Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy.
- Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
- Lead end-to-end product architecture, engineering, deployment, and scaling.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, DevOps, CI/CD, and security frameworks.
- Design systems capable of supporting millions of users globally.

AI & Innovation
- Lead development of AI-powered products using:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Agents & Autonomous Agent Frameworks
- Machine Learning
- Generative AI
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Search
- Recommendation Engines
- NLP
- Speech AI
- Intelligent Automation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into the company's product roadmap.
