N Role Overview
NThe HR & Admin Associate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced education-focused environment.
N Key Responsibilities Human Resources

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. N
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. N
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities. N
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback documentation. N




- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. N

n Administration

- n
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing. N
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff and events. N
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment, and services. N
- Support planning and execution of company events, workshops, and competitions. N
- Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth daily operations. N

n Requirements

- n
- Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. N
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience (Freshers with solid skills may also apply). N
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. N
- Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR software/tools. N
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities. N
