Job Specification

Candidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a technical consultant, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of technical tools used for reports, integrations and Fast Formula development/debugging. Experience on more than two implementation or Oracle HCM Cloud support projects is required. Technical experience in Core HR and Payroll is required; Benefits, Compensation, ORC, Absence Management and Time and Labor are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with customers to understand technical issues and tailor solutions.
- Troubleshoot Reports, Integrations and Rapid Formula issues within agreed timelines.
- Debug and provide solutions for BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
- Prepare impact assessments/analysis for upgrades.
- Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.




- Support test execution and resolve issues.
- Provide regular status and issue reports to the Project Manager.
- Create reusable technical components for future engagements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound integrations, reports and Fast Formulas.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structure and BI Publisher.
- Experience with Extracts, HDL and PBL Fast Formulas preferred.
- Strong debugging and P1/P2 ticket resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze BRDs, provide estimates and prepare Functional/Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence and Production Migration Documents.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Jira/ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Ability to guide junior technical team members.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B. Tech preferred.
- Experience on more than two Implementation or Managed Services projects.
- Oracle Certification on Global HR / Payroll preferred.
