Druva is seeking an MSP Metering & Data Operations Manager to own the operational administration, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting capabilities supporting our global Managed Service Provider business.

The primary objective is straightforward: ensure MSP consumption data is accurate, explainable, actionable, and trusted across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain meters, products, pricing structures, account mappings, and related platform components.
Monitor ingestion and processing of MSP consumption data and identify anomalies, failures, or unexpected results.
Coordinate changes to metering logic as Druva introduces current products, SKUs, consumption models, partners, and commercial programs.
Maintain appropriate documentation, controls, and operating procedures for m3ter administration.
Partner with Finance, Deal Desk, Product, Engineering, RevOps, and MSP leadership to ensure metering logic accurately reflects commercial agreements.

Data Monitoring & Issue Resolution




Proactively monitor MSP consumption and metering data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify discrepancies between source telemetry, m3ter, CRM, billing, and reporting systems.
Diagnose data issues and determine whether root causes originate from source data, ingestion, mapping, transformation, metering configuration, or reporting logic.
Coordinate resolution with Engineering, Finance, RevOps, BI, and other technical teams.
Establish data-quality checks and exception reporting to identify issues before they affect billing or executive reporting.
Maintain an issue log and drive recurring data problems through root-cause analysis and permanent remediation.
