We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who wish to build a long-term career in the café and hospitality industry. Previous experience is not mandatory. We will provide structured training to help you become a skilled Barista.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and prepare coffee and beverage recipes as per company standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment after training.
Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and professional approach.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
Follow all company SOPs related to beverage preparation, food safety, and quality standards.
Ensure consistency in every beverage served.




Assist in inventory handling and daily opening/closing duties.
Work closely with senior Baristas and Outlet Managers to continuously improve skills.
Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
Contribute positively to the team culture and guest experience.
