Designation - Executive - Human Resource (Plant)

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities
Recruitment: will be handling end to end recruitment
KRA Adherence: Ensure KRAs are distributed and understood by all employees.
Exit and Attrition Management: Conduct interviews and implement retention strategies.
Employee Reviews: Conduct and track monthly employee reviews.
Skip Level Calls: Maintain communication with employees to address concerns.
Employee Grievances: Resolve grievances promptly and maintain low repeat rates.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly engagement activities.
Project and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and publish necessary reports.
Training and development support within the Head Office domain team and coordinate relevant programs.
Employee development: Plan and execute monthly employee development plans
Prepare Plant - HR Policies.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and PPTs.
Coordinate with Plant HR team for daily activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
Robust knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR processes, and labor practices.
