Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with travel leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Explain package details, pricing, and travel policies.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.

Requirements:




Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).
Valuable sales and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Experience in travel sales or telecalling will be preferred.
