Job responsibilities
Wrangle, prepare and validate data from multiple diverse data sources in preparation for file creation.
Independently deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.
Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for survey data to measure customer satisfaction.
Partner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.
Construct process documentation and workflow capture.
Aid in presentations summarizing code logic and data sourcing.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree required in Operations Research, Market Research, or a related field with 3+ years of experience
Proficient with SAS Viya, SAS Macro, SQL, Alteryx and MS Office analysis tools.
Experience using common relational database systems; i.e., Snowflake, SQL and Oracle database




Experience in AWS, Databricks or other Cloud Data Warehouse
Solid written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated experience in data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
