ED Facility Coder Noida
Minimum 1+ year of relevant medical coding experience
Any Graduation
Any Medical Coding Certification
Notice Period: Up to 1 month acceptable
Relieving Letter: Mandatory

Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
Ensure coding is performed according to client and industry coding guidelines.
Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
Maintain required quality, accuracy and productivity standards.
Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations.

Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA Significant: Relieving letter is mandatory. Notice period eligibility differs by process.
