We're hiring a Business Development Associate to join India's fastest-growing EdTech studio, helping learners discover the right course for their growth opportunities. You'll counsel prospects over calls/WhatsApp, guide them through enrollment, and hit monthly targets — with full training and mentorship provided.

What You'll Do
Connect with inbound and outbound leads to understand their goals
Counsel learners on courses and pricing, and close enrollments
Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
Hit monthly enrollment and revenue targets

You Should Have
Solid communication in English & Hindi
A target-driven, confident attitude
Comfort with cold-calling




Graduate degree (any discipline)

Details
Experience: Freshers / 1 yrs - Work Days: 6 days/week, 10AM-7PM - Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
