Role Overview

/n

We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive domestic growth in India while supporting international expansion across GCC, Africa, and Europe. This role blends technical sales, strategic business development, and marketing, offering exposure to high‐value industrial projects and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

/n

India – Primary Focus

/n

• Lead technical sales & BD across multiple industrial sectors

/n

• Build solid relationships with OEMs, EPCs & end‐users

/n





• Manage pipeline, CRM, forecasting & revenue targets

/n

• Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations

/n

• Strengthen branding through digital and LinkedIn campaigns

/n

Global – Contributory Focus (EMEA)

/n

• Support Dubai, UAE office in international lead generation

/n

• Drive LinkedIn outreach, digital marketing & networking

/n

• Participate in trade fairs and client visits as required

/n

Ideal Candidate

/n

• Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering

/n

• 5–10 years in technical sales/BD (preferably heat exchangers or industrial equipment)

/n

• Robust communication & negotiation skills

/n

• CRM + LinkedIn marketing proficiency

/n

• Willingness to travel; growth‐oriented mindset

/n
