Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fit EV components, parts, and sub-assemblies as per drawings and specifications.
Install mechanical parts, brackets, fixtures, and assemblies in electric vehicles.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documents.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.
Perform inspection and quality checks during and after assembly.
Identify and report defects, deviations, or maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and functioning of components.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Support production and maintenance teams to achieve daily targets.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly processes.




Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Understanding of quality standards and safety practices.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications
ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in EV, Automobile, Manufacturing, or Engineering Industry preferred.
