Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Achieve individual and department sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements.
Stay updated on new product launches, beauty trends, and promotional offers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the cosmetics section.
Support billing and promotional activities whenever required.
Requirements:
Valuable knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and beauty products.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
