We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant – Network Services to deliver enterprise networking, security, and Zero Trust implementations for Cloudflare customers.
In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical discovery, solution design, deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services methodologies, reusable assets, and service offerings.

Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services practice by:
Developing reusable deployment templates and delivery assets.
Supporting service offering enhancements.
Creating implementation best practices and technical documentation.
Assisting with delivery enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborating with leadership on continuous service improvements.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Network Consulting, Security Engineering, or Enterprise Networking.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
