We are hiring for US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter roles in Chennai.

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (EST Timings)

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Non-IT Engineering Recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates for Engineering requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Engineering Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Valuable understanding of W2, C2C, and Direct Hiring.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients will be an added advantage.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
