Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marshaghai. This position supports day-to-day project operations by coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation, and by ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager works closely with senior management to track project progress, prepare reports, and assist in budget monitoring and cost control.



Daily responsibilities include supervising assigned staff, addressing operational issues, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to problem-solving and process improvements.
