EAZY Modular Kitchen is a Coimbatore-based interior solutions company with 20+ years of experience in the industry. We execute projects across Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu, specialising in modular kitchens, residential living spaces, office interiors, cafés, and customised interior projects.

Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

/n
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

/n
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.

/n
Handle vendor and client accounts, including follow-ups and payment coordination.

/n
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

/n
Track outstanding payments and receivables.

/n
Reconcile bank transactions and maintain proper financial records.





/n
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and the internal team regarding accounts and payments.

/n
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

/n
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accounting records are up to date.

/n
Prepare regular financial summaries and reports for the management.

/n
Support the management with day-to-day accounting and financial requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

/n
1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

/n
Solid understanding of day-to-day accounting practices.

/n
Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.

/n
Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

/n
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

/n
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

/n
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

/n
Ability to work independently and manage day
