Job Description
Lead regional sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
Own regional P&L; performance and drive sustainable business growth across key markets.
Build, manage, and grow a solid sales pipeline through strategic account planning and recent business development.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and procurement leadership.
Drive enterprise sales engagements across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions,



and deal closures for large and complex opportunities.
Identify and acquire recent customers while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Provide sales leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a high-performing regional sales team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the organisation at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements.
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and business reviews with senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
15 to 22 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
Proven track record in selling IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud, Security, or Digital Transformation solutions.
