Experience Range: 3+ Years of relevant SAP FI/CO experience

Hiring Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Must-Have Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant or SAP FI/CO QA Tester .
- Must have been involved in at least one full-lifecycle SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project , specifically in a functional or testing capacity .
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI , including:
- General Ledger ( GL )
- Accounts Payable ( AP )
- Accounts Receivable ( AR )
- Asset Accounting ( AA )
- Bank Ledger / Bank Accounting ( BL )

- Strong understanding of SAP CO , including:

- Cost Center Accounting ( CCA )
- Profit Center Accounting ( PCA )
- Internal Orders ( IO )
- Product Costing ( PC )
- Profitability Analysis ( CO-PA )

- Valuable understanding of end-to-end FI/CO business processes and integration points.
- Experience in functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), regression testing, and UAT support within SAP environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with SAP test automation tools , preferably Qyrus .
- Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:
- Tricentis Tosca
- Worksoft Certify
- SAP CBTA





- Experience in creating and executing test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and defect tracking .
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration validation, data reconciliation, and post-migration testing .
- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Key Screening Criteria

Candidates should clearly demonstrate ECC S/4HANA migration experience + SAP FI/CO functional/testing expertise . Profiles with only SAP support/implementation experience but no ECC to S/4HANA migration involvement should not be considered a strong match.
