This role focuses on Meridian Developer, combining hands-on technical development with operational user support. The position requires strong scripting and database skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users using ticketing tools in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Meridian (Identity Manager) platform.
- Develop and enhance scripts using VBScript, PowerShell, and SQL to support identity lifecycle management and automation.
- Perform analysis, debugging, and issue resolution related to Meridian workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Provide L2/L3 user support by handling incidents, service requests,



and problem tickets through standard ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar).

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Meridian Identity Manager.
- Strong development and scripting skills in VBScript, PowerShell, and SQL.
- Experience working with user support and ticketing tools in an IT support or IAM operations environment.
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access management, and security concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and end users.
