Job Description :

- Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
- Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components.
- Design, construct, configure, and maintain all faces of an Office 365 Tenant.
- Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.
- Proactively responding to internal and external technical communities.
- Ability to identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings.
- Participate in presales calls and activities.
- Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities.
- Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers requirements.
- Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams.
- Ability to lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects.
- Installation, configuration of Azure AD/Windows AD and ADFS/WAP with SSO.
- Good hands on experience in implementation/rollout and administration of O365 platform.
- Good hands on experience on Exchange online and Exchange on prem, installation, configuration and up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode including protection of data & mailflow.




- Good hands on experience on Exchange migration on prem to online, tenant to tenant, using the native or third-party migration tool.
- Good hands on experience on installation, configuration of Skype for Business/MS Teams, up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode.
- Good hands on experience on migration - Skype for Business to MS Teams, tenant to tenant, third party to MS Teams, using the native or third-party migration tool.
- Experience on Voice and Networking, unified communication.
- Having expertise in MDM (Mobile Device Management) & MAM (Mobile Application Management) enablement and configuration.
- Enrollment of users & devices (Managed & unmanaged).
- Hands-on experience on Intune green field deployment.
- Planning for Intune adoption.
- Setting up and configuring Intune with enforcing policies and rules.
- Knowledge on Azure Active Directory and Intune connector for Azure AD for AutoPilot enrollment.
- Integration of SCCM with Intune for co-managed of endpoint devices.
- Windows AutoPilot deployment using MS Intune.
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Mobility and Security for access and data protection.
- Deploy and authenticate apps on devices -- on-premises and mobile.
- Valuable knowledge on compliance and conditional access.
- Providing guidance and best practices to SME and Team on the ground.
- Having good analytical power to assessment and readiness of customer environment.
