As an Account Manager (North), you will strengthen customer coverage, develop accounts, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across the North India market. This role is intended to complement the Regional Manager by increasing account coverage and sales execution capacity and will focus on developing assigned accounts, identifying recent prospects,
nurturing relationships, and driving opportunities through the sales cycle.
Identify and develop current enterprise accounts across BFSI, NBFCs, Government/PSUs, IT/ITES, data centres, and large enterprises etc.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT/Security Heads, IAM teams, and key decision-makers.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
• Develop account plans and identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and new deployment opportunities.
• Coordinate customer meetings, workshops, webinars, demos, POCs, proposals, and commercial discussions with internal teams.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager and Sales Engineering team to progress strategic and high-value opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
