Role Description The Students Volunteer role is a hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a mix of in office participation in events and meetings and some work-from-home tasks. Volunteers will support planning and execution of youth-focused programs, workshops, and campaigns, including coordinating logistics, outreach, and participant engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities may include content creation for social media,
assisting with community outreach, collecting feedback from participants, and maintaining basic documentation of activities. Volunteers may also collaborate with teams to develop new initiatives, represent the organization at events, and help build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local groups. This is a volunteer role designed to provide learning, exposure, and leadership experience rather than financial compensation.
Qualifications
Strong interest in youth development, social impact, and community service, with motivation to contribute time and effort to volunteer initiatives.
Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi, including the ability to interact with peers, community members, and stakeholders in a respectful and inclusive manner.
