Role Description This is a full time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Bhubaneswar. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define the company’s vision, business strategy, and product roadmap, while actively participating in key decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with partners, clients,



and stakeholders. The role involves leading sales and marketing initiatives, crafting go-to-market strategies, and overseeing execution to drive revenue and brand awareness. The Co-Founder will also help shape operational processes, contribute to hiring decisions, and support fundraising and investor communications as the company scales.
