Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations for Bluth Solar’s in office team in Noida in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing employee records,



and coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding. The role will assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management processes, employee engagement programs, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will manage employee benefits, respond to HR-related inquiries, and provide guidance to personnel on policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with managers to address workforce needs, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
