Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, meeting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals for our CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and live CRM demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and recommend the best LeadsZone CRM solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.




Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to maximize business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
