Dr. Spin Laundry is a growing laundry and dry-cleaning brand focused on providing professional laundry solutions while building a strong network of modern laundry stores across India.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise expansion and build our presence across new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for Dr. Spin Laundry franchise opportunities.
Identify and connect with potential franchise partners and investors.
Conduct calls, meetings, presentations and follow-ups with prospective franchisees.
Understand prospects’ investment requirements and recommend suitable business models.
Explain the franchise model, business opportunity, setup process and support system.
Convert qualified leads into franchise partners and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and other sales tools.
Conduct market research to identify potential cities, locations and business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations,



marketing and project teams during the franchise onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow-ups from initial enquiry to final closure.
Prepare sales reports, lead updates and performance reports for management.
Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and prospective investors.

Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, real estate sales, business development or investment-based sales.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling calls, meetings and face-to-face presentations.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions and revenue.
Ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
Good understanding of sales funnel and follow-up processes.
Comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and other sales tools.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development when required.
