Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales of premium residential apartments and commercial retail spaces. This position involves engaging with prospective clients, conducting site visits, explaining project features and pricing, and guiding customers through the booking and documentation process. The Sales Specialist will respond to inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience before and after sales.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for approvals, participating in promotional events, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in real estate or related sectors.
Experience in Training and Sales Management to support team performance and implement best practices.
Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for weekends and peak business hours.
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and local property regulations is an advantage.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate sale
