Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Sundaram Alternates is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves managing and deepening relationships with existing and prospective clients, including HNIs and institutional investors, by understanding their investment objectives and recommending appropriate PMS and AIF solutions. The Relationship Manager will handle client onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and ongoing service.



Day-to-day responsibilities include regular portfolio reviews, responding to client inquiries, providing updates on performance and market developments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, participating in client meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support decision-making and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sound understanding of investment products, PMS, AIF, and capital markets, with the ability to explain risks and strategies clearly.
Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
